SID: It’s not by man’s might and it’s now by man’s power, but it is by my spirit sayeth the Lord. When you follow God, you get God’s results. When you follow religion, you get man’s results. Choose this day whom you want to follow. Do you feel there’s an invisible ceiling over your walk with the Lord? Emma says we can blast ourselves into a higher level of glory with a spiritual hammer. Be right back.

SID: Emma Stark, so many amazing concepts you teach in your book. Books, as a matter of fact. We’re making two available right now. But let me quote you. “We can choose to hear, see, and activate encounters with God in our life. These are the days of the experiential gospel.”

EMMA: Yes, yes, and yes. Absolutely. Do you know what? We are too robotic. When you and I walk down that aisle with the rest of us who love Jesus and when we marry him at the end of time, Jesus does not want us walking down the aisle like an automated robot. He wants us knowing him and experiencing him. He wants us to have already encountered him. When I married my husband, David, it wasn’t just on our wedding day that I experienced him. I had a dating and a hand holding and a lingering love before the wedding.

EMMA: I feel like the Lord is saying, “No, come on. You’re getting closer to the day where you’re going to marry me and I want you to experience me. No.” And that’s why I think we’re quite happy to say that there’s a real shift, because the bride is being made ready. That’s just not in our holiness or our purity, it is also in God saying, “Experience me. No. I’m so hungry for you. I’m so jealous to know you and you to know me. I want all hindrances to go.” So I think we get very weird, Sid, about no, no, no, no. We don’t want to become too emotional. Jesus is highly emotional about you and I.
