JAMES: So I looked for a way to communicate this in the beginning, that could be natural. Natural. Spiritual. So the Nile River. People think of it that there’s only one river called the Great Nile.

MIKE: Uh-huh.

JAMES: But actually in the natural, there are two rivers. There’s the White Nile that becomes joined by the Blue Nile, literally.

MIKE: Okay. I didn’t know that!

JAMES: Two Rivers. The White Nile. And this is in the opening chapter. The White Nile and then the Blue Nile River and that could be in prophetic symbolism like purity and holiness merged by promise and prophetic revelation. And it merges together to form in civilization one of the greatest rivers in the world, the Nile. In the history, Jewish and Church history and in modern day Holy Spirit movements, there have been two great tributaries of the prophetic! The Seer, which there’s its own Hebrew word language for it and the prophet and it’s a different Hebrew language and these two, merge together. The Seer being more about how revelation is received and expressed and as well the “naba,” prophet. That is also how revelation is quickened. Jesus said out of your innermost being will come forth what?

MIKE: Rivers!

JAMES: Oh, and how many? More than one!

MIKE: More than one!

JAMES: Rivers! In the plural!

MIKE: And we need to get into that in the next segment!

JAMES: Yeah! Okay.

MIKE: Right now we need to go to a break but I’m looking forward to finding out [Music] the difference between the Seer and the Prophet! Those two prophetic rivers! Join us when we come back!

MIKE: [Music] Welcome back to “Something More!” Our guest today is James Goll and we’re going to focus on the two streams of the prophetic in the body of Christ! It’s in your book, “The Seer”. What’s that all about, James?

JAMES: Yeah! Thank you! So again I did research, you know, in both Jewish and Church history and then the Hebrew language as well as the Greek language and then also the modern contemporary moves of the Holy Spirit in the Church today. And so then what I found was that there were two tributaries that merge. Converge. I believe convergence is a big word for us today! A little offshoot. I believe that we’re living in a period of time, Mike, that I call “the convergence of the ages” where the Lord takes the best of the different moves of the Holy Spirit throughout the Church Age and He brings them together because Jesus serves the best at last!

MIKE: That’s right.

JAMES: And I believe that we’re in a convergence. So even in the global prayer and prophetic movements, we’re in a converging which is bringing together multiple elements to flow together for one common purpose. So back to the Seer and the Prophet.

MIKE: Okay.

JAMES: The Seer, the Hebrew word would be “chazah” or “chozeh.” And it deals with how the prophetic person receives revelation. These people, these anointed vessels, gifted people set apart unto God. Let me tell you a dream I had one time. In this dream the Holy Spirit so succinctly – I receive a lot of dreams. A lot of dreams. And He says to me, “the Seer and the Prophet. Seers are prophets but not all prophets are seers.” It’s just a different deep touch from the same dear Lord Jesus Christ. Now I want to make sure that we get Jesus in here!

MIKE: [Laughs] Right. Absolutely.

JAMES: Not just –
